Clear expectations
Service & booking information
The following information describes our proposed booking process. The final scope, charges and applicable terms are provided for review before a booking is confirmed.
Quotes, deposits & confirmation
Submitting an enquiry or choosing a preferred time window does not reserve an appointment. AquaBella must explicitly confirm the date, start time, scope and price before a booking is accepted. Regular recurring cleaning is quoted at AUD $55/hour and casual one-off cleaning at AUD $60/hour, both with a two-hour minimum, subject to scope and availability. Deep & Spring, End-of-Lease and Builders cleaning receive a personalised fixed quote. For larger jobs, a deposit of approximately 20% may be requested after you accept the final quote. Payment instructions are sent separately. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable.
Cancellation & late changes
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Where a confirmed booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a reasonable charge of up to 25% of the agreed service price may apply if disclosed, agreed and justified by the circumstances and applicable law. Reasonable, previously disclosed travel or attendance costs may apply if a cleaner has already departed or arrived. We do not charge twice for the same loss. We will consider rescheduling where practical.
Access, scope & quality concerns
Clients should provide safe access and disclose fragile surfaces or pre-existing damage. Extra work requires approval of a revised quote. We do not perform asbestos removal, unsafe work or hazardous cleaning. Please report quality concerns promptly so they can be assessed fairly. Nothing in our terms excludes rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law. End-of-lease services do not guarantee full bond return.
Privacy notice
When you request a quote, AquaBella collects the contact information, property details and optional photos you submit to assess the job and respond to your enquiry. Requests are stored by our website hosting provider and are accessible through a restricted management page. Submitted photos are not used for marketing without separate permission.
Please avoid photos showing people, identity documents, financial details or security codes. Enquiries and photos are retained only as needed for responding to and managing your request. To ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, email aquabellacleaning@gmail.com. This notice does not replace any privacy obligations that may apply to the business.
